Just Bond Originating is offering a service for buyers to get pre-qualified. 

Obtaining a Pre-Qualifying Certificate has the following benefits:

• It’s a good way to assess your current financial situation. You are forced to thoroughly consider your income, expenditure and your credit record.
• You can identify unnecessary expenses like forgotten debit orders for subscriptions or contracts you no longer need, you can re-negotiate your insurance for a better deal and also consolidate your debt if necessary.
• You will be able to determine what property price bracket is most appropriate for your monthly income in consideration with your other compulsory monthly commitments.

Starting the process, we shall need the following documents completed in detail, signed and emailed back to us.  If there is a Co-Applicant, he/she will need to comply by filling out the same necessary documents.  A Lucid credit check will be done on all Pre-Qualification checks.  All data will be handled confidentially and emailed to you, in accordance with the POPI act.
