Sales Listing & Mandate

One of our agents will contact the seller to arrange a suitable time for him/her to do the sales listing at the property. The agent will also send the seller a Mandate to complete. Our marketing package includes a recording of a virtual tour of the property as well as a professional photoshoot.

Payment of marketing costs

 The seller must pay the marketing costs upfront. The seller contacts us to get banking details.

Arrangement of virtual tour & photoshoot

When we received payment and signed Mandate from the seller, we will put the seller into contact with a Private Property representative to arrange recording of a virtual tour and photoshoot of the property.

Uploading auction, buyer registrations & open day

• The auction gets uploaded onto our online bidding system.
• Buyers become aware of the auction through our online marketing efforts and contact us to register.
• We invite interested and registered buyers to the property’s open day.
• The Registration & Bidding Guide can be utilised to complete registration and place bids.

Just Bond Pre-Qualification

We are also offering a service for buyers to get pre-qualified. 

To obtain a Pre-Qualification Certificate, contact Inge Booysen from Just Bond and she shall assist you to acquire the correct financial information in order to make the process of purchasing property smoother.

Highest bidder signs Offer to Purchase 

 The highest bidder will be contacted by Just Auctions informing him/her of the winning bid. We will send the Offer to Purchase document to both parties to sign for further processing by the attorneys. 

ESI Attorneys will assist in the transfer process of the transaction. The highest bidder has 24 hours to pay 10% deposit and 10 days to furnish a Bank or Financial Institution’s guarantee providing for payment. Highest bidder to send us proof of payment when paying the deposit.

ESI Attorneys will let us know that the transaction has been successful. We congratulate the seller and buyer on the sale and purchase of the property.
